Headaches, body aches, nerve pain the list could go on and on. We all pass through one or the other. Sadly but surely the first thing that comes in our mind is to take a pain killer.
Yes it will be a quick and easy accessible thing to get but is it that great for our health? Unfortunately no.
Headaches and migraines are very common pains people take pain killers for, imagine 500 plus milligrams of drugs going into your body which actually turns into poison later.
As we get older there are things our body does not accept our immune system runs down and due to that many things gets worst it could be acne, stomach problem, liver problem, cancer you name it.
Pain killers might heal you for just a bit but in reality all of those doses are basically making your health to worsen.
I’m now going to share with you a special remedy for pain.
Yes you heard that right ginger tea. Ginger has great benefits. It contains a substance with powerful medicinal properties called gingerol. It has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidants effects.
Ginger has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional and alternative medicine. It has helped to cure the flu, help with digestion, nausea you name it. You can use ginger in many different forms fresh, powdered, oil, juice etc…
What do I use
? I make ginger tea with powdered ginger and believe it or not it helps take away my pain like magic what makes me happy is that I’m not putting any harmful medication into my body. This way to get pain out is 100 percentage organic and natural no side effects at all until unless you are allergic to the spice which is very rare.Ginger itself is a very heated spice so even if using it fresh you can’t use too much maximum grate a tablespoon to teaspoon depending on your taste.
Hope this helps you and let me know how it went for you or if you already have ginger in your diet wish you all a painfree and healthy life xoxo
RECIPE FOR MY TEA.
One packet of powdered ginger (unsweetened)
(Or 1 teaspoon of grated ginger)
2-3 cinnamon sticks or more depending on taste. (Gives a sweet taste and lowers blood sugar levels)
4-5 cloves (helps with pain as well)
1 cup of milk
Put it on low/med heat turn well and let it come to a boil strain and your done enjoy. I don’t add sugar but you could add honey if you would like. (You could even add coffee/tea if you want that caffeine kick to start of your day.
NOTE: the tea can be made without milk as well.
Same recipe just put in your favorite tea bag mines is mint green tea.
Nice piece.
Keep it up! 🙂

Oh, very interesting. I’m often plagued with migraines and I have had a constant headache for years now. It just won’t go away. Out of all the medications I’ve tried, only a few offer some help, but they’re not effective 100% of the time. Over time, I’ve learned that the stronger the medication (like vicodin or other opiods) will help, but then I’ll face a much bigger rebound later. I no longer take them. I’ll try adding ginger to my coffee. I just need to figure out where to find the powdered version. Thank you for sharing!

Same here I’ve been suffering from headaches for many years now painkillers never helped on end I started putting more ginger into my diet tea and cooking started seeing a big difference glad you stopped taking painkillers. You could try any supermarket, if not then any Asian stores should have it for sure. Normally where the green tea is that’s where it should be. Good luck in finding it if not then use the fresh one. Thanks for your wonderful feedback❤️
